Coronavirus Update (04/01/21):
Due to the latest Tier 5 lockdown we are working with all our manufacturing partners, suppliers and couriers to ensure that the supply chain is working as well as it can in the current circumstances. Our warehouse continues to dispatch all stock items and delivery agents such as DPD & DHL are running services, however please allow 1-2 days extra for delivery as the network has inevitable delays.
We offer standard UK 2-3 day Royal Mail / DPD / DHL delivery on all items, with other delivery upgrades also available.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the postage options available, shipping date estimates may appear in the checkout page.
Please also note that the carriage rates for many items we sell are weight and value based and therefore may vary.

Republic of Ireland & EU
Brexit Update: To help support a smooth transition to the new processes required when exporting to the EU, our International delivery service will be temporarily suspended from 18th December. We will reactivate in 2021 once we can guarantee a reliable service to international customers.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature may be required for delivery.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout and on the Order Confirmation email.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of posting your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

A returns authorisation will then be issued by return (please do not post any item to us prior to receiving this). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
You are advised to check the vehicles installation or the fitment prior to placing an order to ensure suitability.
However, if the part you order is later discovered to be incorrect for your particular vehicle you can always use our efficient returns service (within 30 days) and we will gladly exchange for an alternative if required.
Do not book an installer or other trades-person until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any work costs you may incur.
